Love the features, but it's been glitchy since the last big changes were made. It kicks my cursor out of typing, disconnects my swype (not a keyboard issue, works in all other apps), doesn't save notes, doesn't let me click the checkmark or back button (have to close whole app), the search button has to be clicked on a few times, etc. It's been a little bit frustrating to use and not as reliable. It's easier to use other apps, which will save and not have these glitches, especially in a hurry.

Honestly this app sucks, used to be simpler and functional but now have so many issues, I just wrote a note and couldn't exit, kept pressing the save button, ended up closing the app and losing all my notes.. there's many more small issues like this which has made sure I don't use Evernote anymore for notes Also it is SLOW. For a note taking app it feels so clunky and getting an actual note in takes way longer than it should. UX is not great.

The app often won't open some notes or takes a very long time to do so. Also, sometimes the note won't save correctly forcing me to close the app & restart. Then, when I reopen the note, it shows me an older version of the note without the newest information that I had written. Sometimes while writing a note, the note will lock randomly as if I had saved it. Then, I will have to select the "edit" button again in order to finish editing the note. Please update the app properly this time!

This app used to be a joy to use, now it is so slow and they've added extra steps so as to make it useless. Why make a note-taking app so painful? Update: I bought a subscription, and tried scanning my receipts this am. It takes the Android app 3.5 minutes to capture, save photo, add my title, and save note. I have 11 receipts so Evernote expects me to spend 40 min of my morning doing basic captures?

After they broke images earlier in the year, now they've come for the plain text! Any time I try to edit a "too long" text note, the app now covers a solid chunk of the screen with a notification that says "Can't detect more grammar errors. Text is too long." This pops up after EVERY SINGLE ACTION! As in after every character typed, every tap, every selection... WHY??? I've been paying you guys for over 10 years, and you can't even support PLAIN TEXT NOTES anymore? SMFH...

Recent UI change makes this app useless. UNDO button next to OK? No longer keeps screen on when in front (nor any option to set that). Lack of notes revisions, so there's NO way to roll back to last revision once you left the note (I lost one than to this). Impressive anyone pays for this.

Love this app. We share files & notebooks and use it across several devices. I would like to be able to use it across my laptop, tablet AND phone though. 23/06/2021 Edit: used to be great but latest update has caused instability. 14/8/22 Edit: recent updates mean screenshots aren't retained in notebooks. Hopeless app esp the free version. Wouldn't consider paying for a premium version. Whole thing now is very disappointing and unusable for my needs.

Been using evernote for 10 years now. Have always been a premium customer and enjoyed the product, although the direction they've gone in with the new apps is a real shame. It takes longer to do simple things like create a new note, search notes and open attachments. Wish there was an option on Google play to use previously released versions of the app, similar to Evernote legacy on desktop.

Last update broke this app. Note10+, android 12, keyboards are Swype+Dragon and Microsoft Swiftkey. Both keyboards randomly and frequently close. So annoying. Worse, I just finished about 15 minutes in a note but couldn't save it. I touched the check mark repeatedly, but it did nothing. No biggie, I'll just switch to another app and let it autosave, but it didn't. Unacceptable. Get your $**t together and test your updates more carefully! Thank God what I lost was nothing but time.

This is gradually getting slower and slower on me. When I open a note to write something down it always freezes at first and I have to wait it out. Early on it was only a few seconds so I just put up with it but now I have to wait 20-30 seconds after opening a note before I can start typing. That is unworkable for me. I sent a support ticket a while back and received no response. I am on a Note 20 Ultra and only have a few MB worth of data in evernote. What's the deal guys?
